Concrete Impregnating Agent – Decormania Adhesive & Accessoryis a water-based silicone sealer developed specifically for gypsum and concrete surfaces that demand both durability and aesthetic enhancement. Designed for use inside and out, it creates a hydrophobic barrier that shields porous materials while slightly intensifying their colour. Whether you’re sealing [empty], sandstone, or roof tiles, this impregnation formula keeps your finish clean, rich, and protected from the elements.

Apply by spray for gypsum materials, or by brush/spray for concrete and other surfaces. Use in dry weather and temperatures between +5°C and +25°C. For highly absorbent concrete, a second wet-on-wet coat may be required within 20 minutes. Always test on a discreet area first, as colour enhancement may vary by material. For best results, allow at least 7 days after installation before sealing.
