VT6 Thermal Protector Valve for Pressure Washers – 1/2″BSPM Inlet

Used to help reduce the chance of thermal shock damaging ceramic pistons in pumps. It releases the hot water when he temperate in the pump reaches 63°C and allows colder water to come in and cool it down. Attaches to the inlet side of the pump. Please note: Works better when water is coming from a pressuried source (mains / gravity fed), may not work with suction feed.
